blue started out with its own portfolio of properties worth around EUR 130m as well as joint venture investments with a value of around EUR 75m.

By end 2024, blue took over the management of German mixed-use properties with a value of approximately EUR 350m as well as joint venture investments worth around EUR 250m wich further increased blue's AuM.
