Assets under Management

Presently, blue has assets under management with a total volume of approximately EUR 1.502bn.

blue started out with direct holdings of properties worth around EUR 134m as well as joint venture investments with a value of around EUR 78m.

By end 2024, blue took over the management of German mixed-use properties with a value of approximately EUR 350m as well as joint venture investments worth around EUR 250m which further increased blue's AuM.

In Q1 2025, blue was mandated with the management of office and mixed-use assets worth around EUR 690 million.
