The team realized a total transaction volume of EUR 9bn. Thereof, 59 acquisitions account for a transaction volume of over EUR 5,8bn. The transaction size ranged from EUR 5m to EUR 400m. If markets allow, we focus on off-market transactions, which account for ca 80% of the transactions we arranged.

The exit strategy and a detailed hold/sell analyses are elementary components of our business planning process. As such our team has efficiently implemented client decisions in more than 32 dispositions with a volume of EUR 3.2bn.
